Having suffered with chronic back pain for over 5 years, I finally made the decision for surgical intervention in the form of Dynesys. Being unable to find much information on UK sites regarding this procedure I decided to diary my experience in the hope that it will help others to make an informed decision regarding their own back surgery, it has also saved me from madness whilst recovering!! What a terrible week you both have had...I am sure it will be onwards and upwards now. Thinking of you and positive you have made the right decision. Life is good, although a bit unfair at times.

Hey, so pleased you're home Kelly. Our thoughts have been with you every step of the way and only hope now that the pain will subside and you will gradually feel better day by day. What a horrendous time you've had but we're sure you made the right decision and we know you'll be back on that dance floor!
