Hey you two,

Festive greetings to you both, you have done so well with all you've had to deal with.
Shame we have had to postpone our annual dinner with the Garretts, but totally understand.

Wishing you health & happiness for the new year.

Jax & Dave
xx

Your blog has been helpful for me. I'm scheduled for lumbar decompression ,L5, and fusion with dynesys rods on New Years eve. I guess while my friends are celbrating with champagne to bring in the new year I'll have a morphine cocktail! I hope this is the right decision my pain is not very severe but have experienced "foot drop" and my other leg is experiencing numbness in certain positions. The tipping point for me is I'm loosing my balance and cannot do the physical things I enjoy. Thanks again for the info and if you have any tips for me post op you can email me at rd_ibx@yahoo.com. Appreciate any advice. Hope you have a painfree 2009!
