Having suffered with chronic back pain for over 5 years, I finally made the decision for surgical intervention in the form of Dynesys. Being unable to find much information on UK sites regarding this procedure I decided to diary my experience in the hope that it will help others to make an informed decision regarding their own back surgery, it has also saved me from madness whilst recovering!! Hi Dears you know you are in good hands and what seems like a milestone today will be nothing in a day or two. For now take one day at a time and this op will be behind you in no time thank God. Wish you a speedy recovery and god bless you both. Love Grace and all from Malta.
